The lands covered by this work are thus typified according to the urban planning instrument in force: "Zona "E1" - Agricola" in which the construction of new buildings is permitted exclusively for interventions connected with the development of agriculture, with a minimum lot of Ha 00.50.00 and i.f.f. of 0.03 m3/m2.
They have the following cultural destination:
a) Dry arable land
The dry arable lands are all excellent from a productive point of view. Except for one plot of broad beans, they are all destined mainly for durum wheat, with a blend of Cv. “Brigand” on average at approx. 75% and Cv. “Acadur” on average at approximately the 25 %.
a) Dry and irrigated arable land
The irrigated arable land is mainly intended for the cultivation of artichokes; there are also destinations for cauliflower and land in preparation for spring-summer vegetable crops.
All the lands with this cultivation destination are illegally cultivated by third parties.
There are some ruined farmhouses, once houses and warehouses for agricultural tools, with the exception of two structures, built to house the control units of photovoltaic systems.
All are devoid of any municipal authorization and mainly built before 1967, with the exception of two structures recently built to house the control units of photovoltaic systems.
Some were built with the Ente Riforma and subsequently expanded, before being abandoned.
