All costs related to the transfer of ownership will be borne by the buyer.

Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, particularly those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expenses, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as sold solely as spare parts, excluding any liability of the Curatorship for the use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
