Automatic packaging line for toasted bread Syncropack.

The production process of toasts and toasted bread uses several automated machines, each with a specific role. Here is a summary of the process along with the models of the machines involved:

Slice depositing

Slices are cut and transferred in groups of 25 to the toast depositor.
Collection and channeling

Flex-link type conveyors are used for the separation and alignment of the toasts.

Packs of 8, 12, and 20 units placed on their side:
Vertical loader SAF (Slug Automatic Feeder) with 9 Channels.
Flow-pack wrapper Pack 600 RT-M-Termo Lower Roll.
Multipack packaging (packs of 2, 3, 4, or 5 of 8-12-20 units):

Low Pressure Synchronizer SYNCHRO LPS.
Flow-pack wrapper Pack 900 LTS-M-Termo.
All these machines operate automatically and are equipped with electronic control systems, touch screens, and sensors.
