Machinery and Lines for Industrial Bakery Sector in Pontevedra

In auction 29 lots from the machinery sector and other elements from the food-bakery industry: production, storage, and packaging line for the food industry, intended for the production of biscotti and toasted bread. The installation includes systems for transport, dosing, kneading, fermentation, baking, slicing, packaging, and palletizing.

The main lines present in the auction are:

• Storage and Dosing Area: 4 silos of 50 m³ and dosing line CEPI.
• Fermentation and Production Area: 2 kneaders SPI 340 DAVI (200 kg), elevator VMI, line RONDO for toasted bread production, refrigeration chambers DIM, slicer BREVETTI GASPARIN and 2 ovens TERMO PAN.
• Packaging Area: Flow-pack system SYNCHROPACK, 2 complete packing lines PRODEC with metal detectors and labelers.
• Logistics Area: Palletizing line with palletizing robot KUKA KR120 PA R3200 and automatic wrapping machine.
