The withdrawal operations must be carried out in compliance with the safety regulations established by law, under the responsibility of the buyer/winning bidder, who must take care of this, also with reference to any third parties and/or collaborators involved in the aforementioned operations.

The withdrawal operations can be carried out upon production by the winning bidder, and/or his collaborators provided with a special delegation, of the documentation required by law.

The buyers/winning bidders of the movable assets, before the withdrawal operations begin, must obtain the P.O.S. (Safety Operational Plan) and any additional documents and/or technical-practical measures necessary in compliance with the legislation on workplace safety, before the withdrawal operations are started.

The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not compliant with the currently applicable regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered solely as items to be used as spare parts, with the exclusion of any responsibility of the Trusteeship for the hypothesis of their use by the assignee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the winning bidder is obliged to proceed, at his exclusive care, burden, and risk, to their compliance or, in case it is not possible, to their disposal in accordance with the law.
