For sale machinery, plants, and equipment for the trade of fruit and vegetable products such as strapping machines, washing machines, and photovoltaic systems as well as street sweepers.

The collection operations must be carried out in compliance with the safety regulations established by law, under the responsibility of the buyer/awardee, who must ensure this, also in relation to any third parties and/or collaborators involved in the aforementioned operations.
The collection operations can be carried out upon presentation by the awardee, and/or their collaborators with a special delegation, of the documentation required by law.
Buyers/awardees of movable goods, before starting the collection operations, must obtain a P.O.S. (Operational Safety Plan) and any additional documents and/or technical-practical measures necessary in compliance with the legislation on workplace safety, before the collection operations are initiated.
The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.
Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, particularly those concerning prevention and safety as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered part of the sale solely as spare parts, excluding any liability of the Curatorship for their use by the buyer. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the awardee is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
