Building with 4 floors above ground, whose original intended use was supposed to be residential, but has always been used as a storage facility.
It consists of two contiguous building bodies arranged in an L shape: the first has four elevations occupying an area of about 820.00 sqm per floor, the second, with two elevations, has an area of about 150.00 sqm per floor.
All floors of the building are devoid of partitions, except for the sanitary facilities present only on the second floor.
The various floors are connected by three stairwells, there are three elevator shafts and a freight elevator (old and non-functional).
It is evident on the third floor an advanced state of damage to the structures caused by a fire.

The parcel is indicated in the PRG tables as homogeneous zone F "area intended for expansion and development of services".
