The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore be due even for intra-community buyers.

To participate in the auction, the user is required to send a scanned accounting copy of the payment of the security deposit with the CRO code to: info@gobid.it, together with a copy of a valid identity document in the name of the individual or the legal representative of the company registered for the online auction and a company registration certificate in case of a company.
The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.
Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those regarding prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as items for sale solely as spare parts, excluding any liability of the Curatorship for the use of the same by the assignee.
