For sale equipment and tools for underwater surveys and marine geophysical and geotechnical surveys such as Valeport MiniSVS probe, GPS antennas and receivers

It is also possible to make offers on the Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all lots in the auction.

Please note that for lots 4 - 5 - 6 - 17 - 18 - 20 - 21 - 23 - 24 - 25 - 39 the Curatorship has already received irrevocable purchase offers, in any case for amounts lower than the reserve prices, which will be awarded, provided that at the end of this experiment no irrevocable purchase offers higher than those already received are received.

At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the procedure's bodies.

The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Offers significantly below the reserve price will have less chance of being considered for a possible award. The lower the difference between the offer presented and the reserve price, the higher the chance of award.

Offers equal to or higher than the reserve price will determine the provisional award of the lot

The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the currently applicable regulations, or included in the inventory, will be considered solely as items to be used as spare parts, with the exclusion of any liability of the Bankruptcy for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their exclusive care, burden, and risk, to their compliance or, in case it is not possible, to their disposal in accordance with the law.
