The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.

All costs related to the transfer of ownership will be borne by the buyer.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not compliant with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered solely as items to be used as spare parts, with the exclusion of any responsibility of the Administration for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, burden, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, in case it is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
