For sale are the shares owned by Purenergy Spa, a company specialized in the design, construction, maintenance, management, and restructuring of plants for the production of electricity.

To participate in the auction, the user is required to send a scanned copy of the payment receipt of the security deposit with the CRO code to: info@gobidgroup.com, along with a copy of a valid identity document in the name of the individual or the legal representative of the company registered for the online auction and a company registration certificate if applicable.
The lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition.
It is therefore recommended to view and verify every element related to participation, including the fiscal and administrative situation.
The statute of the company Parco Ricerche Rinnovabili Purenergy s.r.l. provides in art.7 the possibility for shareholders to exercise the right of first refusal, within 10 days following the receipt of the proposal communicated by registered mail to the Board of Directors, which in turn informs the shareholders within the following 10 days, regarding the purchase of the share at the value offered by the successful bidder.
