Lots at auction are subject to a reserve price. At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the principals.
BIDS PLACED ARE BINDING AND CONSTITUTE A FORMAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. IN CASE THE AWARD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER SHOULD BE REVOKED, IT WILL BE ATTRIBUTED AUTOMATICALLY TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER.
