The lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expense with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with the current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "for scrapping", with exclusion of any liability of the Curatorship for the hypothesis of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them up to standard or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.

At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the procedure bodies. 

The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Offers significantly lower than the reserve price will have less chance of being considered for a possible award. The lower the difference between the submitted offer and the reserve price, the higher the possibility of award. 

Offers equal to or higher than the reserve price will determine the provisional award of the lot.
