The shelves and baskets present in lot No. 1 can only be collected after the material above them, belonging to lot No. 5, has been sold and collected 

Bids can also be made on the Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all lots in the auction.

The lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those regarding prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as "scrap" for the purpose of sale, excluding any liability of the Curatorship for the use of the same by the buyer. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
