The lot includes all the lots of the auction
1. The vehicles offered for sale have been declared out of service by the Entity. The vehicles are therefore put up for auction in the state of fact, of law, and of use and conservation in which they are found and without any guarantee.
The Authority has ordered their use up to the approach of the technological limit given by the category of emissions, or up to the limit of use given by costly repairs or restoration. Their use therefore continued until these conditions were reached, and after that time the Entity did not assume any additional charges with respect to maintenance, replacement of consumable parts, or conservation or restoration of the bodywork.
2. The vehicles are sold with the formula "seen and liked", in the state of fact and wear in which they are found. The interested economic operators, or the buyers, renounce to make exceptions and reservations relating to the maintenance already carried out or not carried out by the Entity, and renounce in advance any repetition or restoration with respect to the maintenance that the owners will want to carry out; de facto conditions, and legal waivers, which are intended to be accepted in advance and expressed already with participation in the auction.
3. By participating in the auction, the interested economic operators or buyers exempt the Entity from any liability in this regard for hidden, apparent and not apparent defects, or in any case deriving from the state in which the vehicles sold are at the time of carrying out the auction.
4. It remains the responsibility, burden and responsibility of the buyer to verify the actual condition of the vehicles in relation to their use and their circulation on the road in accordance with current legislation and the highway code. Any eventual fulfillment and / or rehabilitation of the vehicle, also relating to sanitization for the COVID legislation, in order to make it suitable for road circulation, and in general for its use, remains the responsibility, burden and responsibility of the purchaser.
