The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are. Viewing is recommended. 

All costs related to the transfer of ownership will be borne by the buyer.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not compliant with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of the sale only as spare parts, with exclusion of any responsibility of the Trusteeship for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at his own exclusive care, burden and risk, to their compliance or, in case it is not possible, to their disposal in accordance with the law.
