It should be noted that said parcel of land no. 786 was included in the Building Convention stipulated between the Municipality of San Gemini and the bankrupt company on 09/26/2002 as a portion of parcel 509, but which was subsequently divided into parts. 709 with division of 08/22/2003. Subsequently divided into the current 786 on 05/06/2006. This is a relic which, in 2002, was a portion of a nearby road being built, subsequently abolished in the current PRG.
