    Descrizione (IT)La Villa sorge nell’antico borgo di Capannuccia, conosciuto anche come Grantieri per la presenza di statue di terracotta raffigurante militari, poste un tempo sui muri della villa. La villa presenta un oratorio, il quale fungeva da cappella e da luogo di sepoltura, la cappella è dedicata a Santa Lucia. La zona dove sorge è caratterizzata da edifici adibiti ad abitazioni di tipo civile, sono presenti vari accessi carrabili e pedonali dalla via principale che si immettono sul giardino di pertinenza. L’immobile risulta costituito da un fabbricato principale (la villa) in parte che si eleva su cinque piani fuori terra ed in parte su soli due livelli. L’appartamento in villa è complessivamente formato da venti vani, tra cui la cucina, quattro bagni, dodici ripostigli/cantina, locali sottotetto non praticabili, tre terrazze di cui una coperta, locale soppalco, centrale termica, disimpegni, corridoi, scale interne e corte esclusiva di pertinenza. Collegato alla villa tramite un corridoio coperto c’è un fabbricato in muratura su un unico livello. L’ex Cappella, ormai sconsacrata, è composta da disimpegno, ripostiglio, soppalco praticabile e scala interna. All’interno è ancora presente un altare settecentesco. L’accesso si ha direttamente dalla via pubblica. Fa parte della proprietà anche un appezzamento di terreno di 90 mq usato per la viabilità, detto terreno è comune alle altre unità immobiliari facente parti del complesso. La villa presenta soffitti dipinti in discreto stato di conservazione, infissi in legno ed alluminio, impianto elettrico, impianto idrico alimentato da un pozzo di proprietà del confinante, impianto termico autonomo a gas che attualmente è in disuso. Il fabbricato risulta recintato da cinta murarie con la presenza di decorazioni e nicchie. Nel giardino sono presenti due statue in terracotta raffiguranti dei granatieri.
