The lots are sold as seen in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those concerning prevention, safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any costs with the seller being exempt from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of the sale solely as "scrap", excluding any liability of the Trustee for the use of the same by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the buyer is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them up to standard or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
